MinistryBiz Program Features

When companies make franchises or business opportunities available, they often have a training school. For instance, MacDonald’s has Hamburger University in Chicago, IL.  Most businesses have a screening process for those who participate in these opportunities because companies are looking for dependable leaders to represent their brand and serve their customers.

  • MinistryBiz Graduate Award in the Christian Leaders Institute Directory
  • Set up of your MinistyBiz Enterprise and register your MinistryBiz

Each MinistryBiz leader is a minister who runs a business. Each ministry leader is a licensed or ordained clergy member. A MinistryBiz leader has received substantial training and been recognized by others as a person of Christian leadership and integrity.

Colossians 3:23  Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Ministry Training

The first element in this program is ministry training. If you are not already a Christian Leaders Institute student, you will need to enroll in free ministry training at Christian Leaders Institute. The minimal training required to be a MinistryBiz leader is the following:

Getting Started Class (0 Credits)
Christian Leaders Connections (3 Credits)
Christian Basics (3 Credits)
Ministry 101 (3 Credits)
Influence Smart (1 Credit)
Wedding Officiant Skills (1 Credit)
Officiant Ministry Skills (2 Credits)

Total: 13 Credits

These ministry training courses give you the minimal training needed to serve as a recognized minister in this program. Each class addresses critical areas of ministry, including your walk with God, fundamental doctrine, ministry leadership and skills, and influence smart training. These courses set you up for clergy licensing or ordination.

You may purchase embossed ministry awards or get free awards by joining the vision partners program. There is no purchase necessary for you to complete each course and receive a grade.

Clergy Recognition

The second element in this program is clergy recognition. In the early church, clergy recognition included ministry training, ministry qualifications, and a commending (recommendations) process. Inspired by this early church process, MinistryBiz opportunities will feature clergy recognition through the Christian Leaders Alliance.

Besides taking the above ministry training courses, MinistryBiz leaders must be recognized, at least, as a Licensed Minister or an Ordained Deacon Minister with the Christian Leaders Alliance.

This clergy recognition program includes a recommendation process that helps establish our MinistryBiz clergy leaders are called and dependable Christian leaders suited to run an enterprise that glorifies Christ.

General MinistryBiz Skills

The next element in this program is the completion of the MinistryBiz Skills course that gives you the necessary ministry-business skills needed to start, run, and sustain a MinistryBiz. This class is a one-credit course that is taught by Professor Henry Reyenga and Professor Steve Elzinga.

Specific MinistryBiz Enterprise Training

Now you are ready to be trained in a specific MinistryBiz enterprise. Particular enterprises will be launched in the second half of 2020, including:

  • Wedding Officiant MinistryBiz
  • Coffee MinistryBiz (the USA only)
  • Visitation MinistryBiz
  • Personalized Bible Cover MinistryBiz
  • Matchmaking MinistryBiz
  • Life Coach Minister MinistryBiz
  • Your Branded MinistryBiz – There will be a course to connect your idea in the MinistryBiz program.

Set up Your MinistyBiz Enterprise

The last element in this program is to set up your MinistryBiz enterprise that is connected to MinistryBiz.com. You have taken free ministry training. You have been recognized as clergy. Finally, you have gone through MinistryBiz training or joined your brand to MinistryBiz.

Setting up Your MinistryBiz enterprise will be done with our MinistryBiz director Ann Merkle. She will help you develop your Shopify links if you need them. She will also help get your MinistryBiz included in the MinistryBiz Directory. The public will be able to see that you are a MinistryBiz and link to your MinistryBiz landing page.
